The PLAYBOY Mansion Party in J. Ransom Style…

So, yesterday I was lucky enough to attend a party to announce the “PLAYBOY Magazine’s Playmate Of The Year” at the iconic PLAYBOY Mansion. Such a great mix of people and characters. Loved “hanging with Hef” and his new wife Crystal. Hugh Hefner got on stage to announce that the Playmate of the Year is Raquel Pomplum, who is the first Mexican American to earn the title.

Raquel received many awards including a check for $100K and a hot new 2014 Jaguar F-TYPE convertible. Loved these new Jags that are hitting the dealerships now…

So, to honor Playboy and all the Playmates, I wore a “PLAYMATE PINK” RA-RE jacket which received a lot of compliments and attention from playmates of all ages (loved meeting Bonnie Large – Playmate 1973) – great stories and fun!

PROSPECTIVE FLOW – Rising Denim Super Star

Founded in Los Angeles in 2009 by three brothers who were born and raised in Japan, Prosective Flow is making some of the most innovative and unique denim in the industry. The pieces are crafted using Japanese denim and design but they are MADE in the USA.

We first were attracted to the denim jackets and denim shirts. Made with unique washes and custom tailored fits.

With these vintage and unique washes they sometimes incorporate materials like motor oil, wax, soil and sulfur into the denim. We like how it makes it easy to wear it with blue denim, brown or black pants and it won’t give you that blue denim overload look.

Next we were attracted to the Prospective Flow jeans. Again, denim connoisseurs will be impressed with the attention to the washes, quality of the Japanese selvedge denim.

We discovered this French brand when they came to Los Angeles to tackle the USA. Designer and Founder, Frank Mechaly, designed for such brands as 575 Denim and Blue Cult so with his history of denim they first started out making high-end jeans. We love the attention to detail and their trademark zipper details.
